Gunold STIFFY 1620 Iron On – White
Coated for ironing. Roll: 100m x 105cm
The light, medium-weight embroidery stabilizer – 43 g/m²
For light weight garments like polo shirts or blouses, using an iron-on embroidery nonwoven is strongly recommended. It adds firmness and stability to stretch fabrics, preventing distortion during embroidery.
After embroidery, it tears away quickly and cleanly with virtually no residue, even though it has been ironed on. The neat tear edges around the design enhance both the appearance of the embroidery and the comfort of the finished garment.
Its fast and easy removal also helps improve production efficiency, saving time and increasing embroidery productivity.
For light-medium weight garments.
Processing Recommendations:
- Hoop the base fabric with the nonwoven in an embroidery hoop.
- Embroider the design.
- Remove the hoop and carefully tear away the nonwoven.
Material Composition: Base Material: 75-80% Cellulose, 20-25% Polyester
Coating: 100% Polyethylene
Öko-Tex certified:

- Iron STIFFY 1640B onto the reverse side of the fabric with the coated (smooth) side facing the fabric.
- Hoop the fabric with the stabilizer.
- Embroider the design.
- Remove the hoop.
- Carefully tear away the stabilizer – it separates very easily despite the iron-on bond.
