Cut-away nonwovens offer excellent stitch stability for a wide range of fabrics, from light to heavy-weight, making them ideal for designs with high stitch density.
With their superior resistance to perforation, these nonwovens ensure durability and support throughout the embroidery process.
Soft and gentle embroidery stabilizer – 51 g/m
Processing Recommendations:
- Hoop the base fabric with the nonwoven in an embroidery hoop.
- Embroider the design.
- Remove the hoop and carefully tear away the nonwoven.
Material Composition: 100% Polyamide
Öko-Tex certified:
- Cut STIFFY 2040 slightly larger than the embroidery hoop.
- Hoop together with the fabric.
- Embroider the design.
- Remove the hoop.
- Turn the fabric inside out and carefully trim away STIFFY 2040 with scissors.
