Tear-away nonwovens are standard embroidery backings known for their easy and clean removal in all directions, thanks to special fibre-structure technology. They leave no residue, save time, boost productivity, and create smooth edges for better wearability of finished embroideries.
- Medium-weight cotton and polyester fabrics
- Medium-weight blouse and shirt fabrics
- Denim and jacket fabrics (e.g. up to 11 oz denim)
- The medium-weight stabilizer, 50 g/m², is a tear-away stabilizer – it tears lengthwise, crosswise, and diagonally.
Material Composition: 75% Cellulose / 25% Polyester
Öko-Tex certified:
- Hoop the stabilizer together with the fabric before embroidering.
- Embroider the design.
- Remove the hoop.
- Carefully tear away the stabilizer – it separates very easily.
