KK 100 / KK 100 Economy is a transparent, non-toxic, nearly odourless adhesive spray designed to temporarily fix stretchy or delicate fabrics during embroidery. It prevents fabric warping and slipping, making it ideal for appliqués, pre-cut pieces (like pockets or collars), and items that shouldn’t be hooped. No pins or tacking are needed.

Usage Tips:

  • Spray on the backing (not directly on fabric)

  • Hold 25–30 cm away

  • Use sparingly

  • Store at room temperature 24 hours before use

Key Features:

  • Transparent, acid-free, and non-toxic

  • Flammable

  • 500ml can size

Before Use:

  • Shake can thoroughly before each use.

  • Spray away from the body and follow all safety instructions on the can.

  • Suitable for all textiles and many porous materials (test on fabric first).

  • Ironing fabric beforehand can improve adhesion.

Application Tips:

  • Hold can upright, 25–30 cm (10″–12″) from surface.

  • Press nozzle fully for proper spray pattern.

  • Let adhesive dry for 30 seconds before bonding.

  • Spray sparingly on backing or smaller/less delicate piece.

Can Maintenance:

  • Rotate nozzle when near empty to use full contents.

  • If clogged, spray can upside down or clean nozzle in turpentine.

  • Never insert objects into nozzle—can damage spray function.

Storage & Performance:

  • Adhesive and propellant are balanced; always shake well and keep can upright to ensure proper mixing.

  • Improper use can waste propellant, leaving adhesive unusable in the can.

Stain Prevention & Removal:

  • Spray lightly and only on one side (usually the backing).

  • If staining occurs, consult a dry cleaner or:

    • Place felt beneath stain.

    • Use fabric soaked in denatured alcohol to dab the stain.

    • For rings, use iron as a heat source held 1 cm above fabric—do not press directly.

Always test on a sample before full application to ensure compatibility and avoid staining.
